This agreement applies to creators who upload, sell, promote, or receive wallet credits from products on OrzShop.
Last updated: July 20, 2026Creators may upload only content they own or are authorized to sell. Products must not include stolen assets, leaked files, malware, obfuscated executable payloads, or content that violates another creator, brand, or platform.
Listings must include accurate previews, descriptions, supported versions, included files, and dependency notes. Material changes should be uploaded as a new version so buyers can understand what changed.
New seller uploads may require admin approval. Admin may pause, reject, archive, or remove products for safety, legal, payment, quality, or support reasons. Archived products stay hidden from new buyers while existing purchase records remain available when allowed.
Creators are responsible for entering accurate team split percentages and using real, authorized wallet recipients. Admin may hold payout requests when a split, identity, or payout method cannot be verified.
Refunds, partial refunds, disputes, and Stripe fee losses may reverse wallet credits before payout release or reduce future available balances. Creators must assist with buyer support when admin requests evidence.
