Members must provide accurate account information, protect their password, and keep payment, payout, and contact details under their own control. Admin may suspend accounts involved in fraud, spam, chargebacks, or license abuse.

Marketplace Terms Of Service
These terms define how members, buyers, creators, affiliates, and administrators use OrzShop.

Products are digital downloads. A paid order unlocks access for the purchasing account only. Access may be paused during refund review and revoked after a full refund or confirmed license violation.
Marketplace Content
Creators are responsible for product accuracy, file safety, license ownership, previews, descriptions, compatibility claims, and support expectations. OrzShop may pause, reject, archive, or remove listings that create risk for buyers or the marketplace.
Payments And Wallets
Stripe processes customer payments. Creator wallet credits are based on Stripe net amounts after fees, platform share, affiliate share, refunds, and dispute adjustments. Wallet balances are accounting records until admin marks an external payout as paid.
Changes
OrzShop may update these terms as the marketplace changes. Continued use of the site after an update means the member accepts the current terms.
